PARISHSCAPES CONFERENCE 2009 SUCCESS: Over 100 people attended this hugely successful event: The Lie of the Land, Saturday 18 April shows the programme although local history enthusiast Sue Dymond stepped in at short notice to give a talk the East Devon Gypsum industry and catch water meadow.

Apr 08 PARISHSCAPES CONFERENCE SUCCESS: Over 80 volunteers attended the 'Reading between the lines' conference at Sidmouth's Norman Lockyer Oberservatory.

Apr 08 HOW CLEAN IS MY VALLEY?: Over 30 volunteers helped clean the Otter Estuary on 5th April. Read more about the interesting finds led by the Otter valley Association with support from East Devon District Council and Clinton Devon Estates.

Mar 08 BACK TO THE FUTURE: Parishscapes goes to 4 East Devon primary schools. Pupils get chance to use digital technology to study historic landscapes in their local area.

Feb 08 FARMERS MARKET BROCHURE POPULAR: The 2007 Farmers Market brochure received over 6,500 hits last year. Local trader and promoter, Catherine Broomfield, welcomed the support of the SDF.
