As native species continue to decline and their habitats disappear, we all need to do more to ensure nature has a future.

As part of our Commitment to Nature, we are expanding our conservation work with the ambitious aim of protecting 8 special species – our elusive 8 – and bringing benefits to many more. Whether a bat, butterfly, or tree each species has been chosen for its connection with East Devon and its status as one of our most threatened species.
